General Information

Can I include a gift note with my order?
Absolutely! Just add your personalized message in the notes section at checkout, and we’ll include it with your order.
I’m local—can I pick up my order?
Local pickup is available at select markets and events only and can be chosen at checkout when available.
Orders must be placed by 11:00 AM the day before the market to be eligible for local pickup. Orders placed after this cutoff will not be guaranteed for that event.
If you select local pickup, your order will be brought to the next scheduled market or event listed on my Events page. Please be sure you’re planning to attend that event, as orders must be picked up in person.
At this time, I do not offer pickup from my home studio.
Are your items ready to ship?
Yes! All items listed in the shop are already made and ready to ship unless otherwise noted.
Shipping & Returns
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Most orders ship within 3-7 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. For full details, visit our Shipping & Processing page.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, some items cannot be returned. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 14 days, and we’ll do our best to help. See our full policy here.
Care Instructions
Bags
Spot clean only. Lay flat to dry and press with a warm iron if needed.
Candles
• Trim wick to 1/4” before each burn to prevent soot and uneven melting.
• Allow the melt pool to reach the edges of the container before extinguishing to prevent tunneling.
• Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
• Stop use when 1/4” of wax remains.
• Burn on heat-resistant surfaces and never leave unattended.
Hand Creams
• Apply to clean, dry hands.
• Avoid touching the product with unwashed hands to prevent contamination.

Custom & Personalized Orders
Because each item is handmade in small batches, I don’t regularly accept custom or fully personalized orders. However, if you have a special request, feel free to reach out before placing your order, and I’ll let you know what’s possible.
Please note that any approved modifications may require additional time or fees.
