We want you to love your purchase from Katie Laine Handmade! If you have any concerns, please review our return and refund policies below.

 


 

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing an order.

However, once work has begun, cancellations are not possible.

 


 

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

 

✅ Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

✅ You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.


🚨 Exceptions:

Custom orders, personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Due to hygiene reasons, personal care products (such as hand creams) cannot be returned.


How to Start a Return

1️⃣ Email us at hello@katielainehandmade.com with your order number and reason for return.

2️⃣ If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Do not send items back without approval.

3️⃣ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our mistake.


Once received and inspected, we will issue store credit for the item(s), excluding tax and shipping costs.


🔄 Need an exchange?

The quickest way to get a replacement is to place a new order once your return is accepted.

 


 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@katielainehandmade.com, and we’ll make it right.

 


 

Refunds

🔹 We do not issue cash refunds.

🔹 Approved returns will receive store credit for the item’s value, minus any applicable taxes or shipping fees.

Once we receive your return, you will be notified whether your refund request was approved. Please allow time for processing.

 


 

Lost or Missing Packages

📦 If your package hasn’t arrived:

Domestic Orders: Contact us after 30 days from the shipping date.

International Orders: Contact us after 45 days (as tracking is unavailable for most international shipments).

After the waiting period, we will issue store credit for the missing item(s), minus any shipping charges.


🚨 We do not issue cash refunds for lost packages.
