Pop-Up Postcard: August 2, 2025 - Moses Lake Farmers Market

This Saturday brought the sunshine and a much better flow than the week before. Even with the heat climbing fast, shoppers showed up early and the energy felt a bit more lively all around. I could tell people were out enjoying the weekend—and I was glad to be part of it.

I kept my fans running and stayed cool with an Alani Nu in hand. It was definitely one of those days where little comforts made a big difference.

Customer Favorites

These pieces stood out and got a lot of attention this weekend:

  • Splash Sacks, especially the Little Polka Dot Bikini print, were a hit with shoppers looking for something fun and functional.

  • Boxy Bags were a favorite for those drawn to romantic prints.

  • Cherry Bows acrylic keychains turned quite a few heads—small but full of charm.

  • Velvet Vanilla hand cream caught a few noses with its warm, cozy scent.

  • Cherries & Checks bookmark was a sweet little find for some looking to treat themselves.

Cherry-themed pieces in particular continued to shine—there’s just something irresistible about that mix of fruit and florals this time of year.

Market Reflections

Compared to last week, this market just felt better—better flow, better pace, better vibes. I had more conversations, saw more people engaging with the booth, and felt like my display really worked. Having a few higher-ticket items sell definitely helped make the day feel solid.

It’s always encouraging when someone comes back for something they saw before or walks away saying, “This is perfect.” Those little moments remind me I’m creating pieces that connect with people.

Looking Ahead

We’re inching toward back-to-school season, and I’m starting to plan for that shift. I’ve got a few ideas brewing for fall—plus some restocks to tackle while Splash Sacks are still in demand.

Thanks for being part of the journey—whether you stop by my booth, follow along online, or simply cheer from afar.

xo,

Katie 💕
