• We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery on most items.

• Non-Returnable Items: Sale items and personal care products (hand creams).

• Exchange Only: We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, you can exchange your item or receive store credit.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging for an exchange to be accepted.
